Melamine MDF Board Types We Stock
- Interior melamine MDF – for wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, office furniture, shelving and shop fit-out in dry areas.
- Moisture-resistant (HMR) melamine MDF – for kitchens, bathroom vanities and areas with higher humidity.
- Melamine HDF – a denser board for drawer bottoms, back panels and applications that need a harder surface.
- Fire-resistant (FR) melamine MDF – for projects that need fire-rated interior boards, available in all our colours.
Melamine MDF is a full sheet of 1220 × 2440 mm (4 × 8 ft), available in 5.5, 6, 9, 12, 17, 18 and 25 mm thickness, in matte and textured surfaces (Fabric, Veneer, Suede and Synchro).

- Fabric – linen, woven and stone-look textures such as Linen Grey, Victorian and Roman Travertine.
- Exotic – oaks and walnuts such as Natural Oak, American Oak, Adriatic Oak and Sienna Walnut.
- Majestic – soft grey and washed woodgrains such as Capri Oak, Davos Oak and Benham Walnut.

Matching PVC edge banding in 0.4 mm and 1 mm is available for every colour, so cut edges match the board surface.
How to Choose the Right Melamine MDF
- Where will it be used? Choose HMR for kitchens and wet areas, and interior MDF for wardrobes and furniture in dry rooms.
- What load will it carry? Thicker boards (16–18 mm and above) are used for carcasses and shelves; thinner boards for back panels and drawer bottoms.
- Which surface? Matte suits most furniture; textured and woodgrain finishes hide fingerprints and light scratches better.
